If you have had a recent hearing test and have access to results, you'll only need to arrange a free hearing aid discussion. We will be able to program your hearing aids from your recent test results.
If you are not eligible for the Hearing Services Program and have not had your hearing tested in more than 2 years, we'd recommend a Full Hearing Assessment & Consultation.
During your consultation, we’ll assess your hearing to understand your unique needs and preferences. The purpose is to determine whether the Signia Silk 1x is the right solution for you. If it’s not, or if you don’t need hearing aids, we’ll recommend the best alternative tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
Personalised Fitting
If the Signia Silk 1x is the right choice, we’ll customize the fit for your comfort and ensure the settings are optimized for your hearing. You’ll walk away confident in your new hearing aids.
Ongoing Support
From adjustments to follow-up care, we ensure your hearing solution continues to meet your expectations over time.
Returns Policy
We operate with a 30-day return policy. If you don't see benefit in your new hearing aids, you may return them for a full refund less a fair restocking fee.
Are they covered under Private Health?
At only $800/pair, these will be fully covered for clients with 'Extras' coverage that stipulates hearing aids. If you're unsure if you are covered, call us, and we'll be happy to steer you right.
